Data we process

Depending on the app and service, we process account and contact data, booking and journey information, service status, operational messages, device and security data, driver documents and vehicle information, and location data during an active service. Camera access is used only when the user chooses to capture required driver or vehicle images and for identity checks when enabled.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to provide booked transport, assign and manage services, protect accounts, support drivers and customers, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve operational incidents. Location is used for active-service milestones and operational safety, subject to device permission.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with authorised Blacklux operations personnel, the assigned driver or customer where necessary, hosting and communication providers, and authorities when legally required. Driver and customer chat closes when the service ends; participants can no longer access it. Administrative records are retained only for operational, dispute, accounting and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can manage camera, notification and location permissions in your device settings. You may request access, correction or deletion by using the account deletion page or by contacting support. Some fiscal or legal records may need to be retained.

Security

Blacklux uses role-based access, protected connections and restricted operational access. Driver and customer chat content cannot be exported from participant apps. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
